Information we collect

• Listing data. Camp names, addresses, websites, phone numbers, ages served, and similar information collected from public sources or submitted by camp operators.
• Inquiries and claims. If you submit an enquiry or claim a listing, we collect your name, email, optional phone, and message so we can route it to the right place.
• Server logs. Standard web-server fields (IP, user agent, referrer, requested URL, timestamp) used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics.
• Cookies. We use first-party session cookies for authentication and basic analytics. We do not run third-party ad-tracking pixels.

How we use information

• Operate, secure, and improve the directory.
• Respond to your inquiries, corrections, and claim requests.
• Process payments for paid listing upgrades through Stripe (we never see your card number).
• Comply with legal obligations.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to brokers or advertisers.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
• We do not run third-party display ads on this site.

Subprocessors

We use a small number of US-based vendors to operate the site: Supabase (database, auth), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN and DNS), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments). Each holds its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. Camp operators can also request removal of a listing using the same address.
